Our Policy
At Wuaps, we operate under a subscription model that allows new users to try the platform before making any payment.
For this reason, once a subscription has been purchased, payments made are non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases described in this policy.
3-Day Free Trial
All new users have access to a 3-day free trial, during which they can explore the platform's features and determine whether Wuaps meets their business needs.
By purchasing a paid plan, the user acknowledges having had the opportunity to evaluate the service beforehand.
Subscriptions
Wuaps offers subscription plans with automatic renewal.
The user may cancel the renewal at any time from their account before the next billing date.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund of payments already made.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds will not be issued in situations such as:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the platform.
- Cancellation during an active subscription period.
- Forgetting to cancel automatic renewal.
- Incompatibility with the user's internal processes.
- Configuration errors made by the user.
- Non-compliance with Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
- Suspension, limitation, or blocking of accounts or numbers by Meta's decision.
- Interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Exceptional Cases
Wuaps may evaluate refund requests solely in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges.
- Billing errors attributable to Wuaps.
- Charges made in error due to a technical issue on our platform.
Each request will be analyzed individually and its approval will be at Wuaps' sole discretion.
Third-Party Services
Wuaps uses external services such as Stripe for payment processing and Meta for the delivery of certain features.
We cannot issue refunds arising from incidents caused by decisions, changes, or interruptions by these providers.
Refund Requests
If you believe your case falls under one of the exceptional situations described above, you may contact our support team through the channels published at wuaps.com, providing the following information:
- Your name and email address registered on the account.
- The date and amount of the charge in question.
- A description of the reason for the request.
Our team will review each case and respond within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt of the request.
Changes to This Policy
Wuaps may update this Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations.
